Fugro Marine Services (FMS) acquired the Multraship Commander (previously Mitra) vessel and renamed it Fugro Commander. As the vessel changed flag and sails with an international crew, the existing stability booklet was no longer fit for purpose. The ship is now also equipped with a drilling unit and a four-point mooring system. FMS asked Nevesbu to perform the necessary stability calculations and prepare a new stability booklet.

Before and after conversion of the ship with the drilling unit, inclination tests were performed on board the vessel to determine the ship's empty weight and centre of gravity. This information was used to perform stability calculations and compile an updated stability booklet.
