Fugro Marine Services (FMS) acquired the vessel Multraship Commander (previously Mitra) and renamed it Fugro Commander. Because it changed flag and sails with an international crew the existing stability booklet was no longer suitable. Also the ship is outfitted with a drilling unit and a four point mooring system. FMS asked Nevesbu to do the necessary stability calculations and prepare a new stability booklet.

Before and after the conversion with the drilling unit, inclination tests were executed on board of the vessel to determine the light ship weight and its centre of gravity. Based upon that information, stability calculations were executed and a new updated stability booklet was prepared.
